1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you", "your") and Siwa77 ("Siwa77", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your registration, access to, and use of the Siwa77 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at https://siwa77.asia and any associated mobile, desktop, or application-based interfaces.

By creating an account, depositing funds, claiming any bonus, participating in any game or sports market, or otherwise using any feature of the Siwa77 platform, you irrevocably confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all supplemental policies referenced herein such as the Siwa77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Siwa77 platform and refrain from registering an account. Continued use of the platform following notification of any update to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the updated Agreement.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" — the personal registered profile created by a Player on the Siwa77 platform, through which the Player accesses all services.
• "Balance" — the total funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonuses that have met applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, cashback award, or incentive granted by Siwa77 to a Player, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Eligible Player" — a natural person aged 21 years or above who satisfies all eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of this Agreement.
• "Games" — all casino games, live dealer tables, slots, instant win games, and sports betting markets made available on the Siwa77 platform.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures required by Siwa77 prior to processing withdrawals, as described in Section 4.
• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the exclusive transactional currency of the Siwa77 platform.
• "Platform" — the Siwa77 website, web application, and any associated digital interface operated under the domain siwa77.asia.
• "Prohibited Territory" — any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law and where Siwa77 does not hold a licence to offer services.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered through eligible Games before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Account on Siwa77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Siwa77 operates a strict 21+ policy across all gaming products. Users who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account immediately suspended.
2. Legal Capacity: You must possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
3. One Account Per Person: You may maintain only one (1) active Account on the Siwa77 platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited.
4. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether applied voluntarily through Siwa77 or through any recognised third-party responsible gambling body.
5. Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or director of Siwa77 or any of its affiliated entities or service providers.
6. Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory. It is your responsibility to verify that your use of Siwa77 is lawful in your jurisdiction.

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

4.1  During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile telephone number. Providing false or misleading information at any stage constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

4.2  Siwa77 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification programme consistent with anti-money laundering and responsible gambling obligations. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, Siwa77 may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of your valid Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad — front and back), passport, or other government-issued photo identification;
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., a utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your registered e-wallet account or bank account statement).

4.3  KYC verification is typically completed within two (2) to four (4) business hours of document submission. Siwa77 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal requests while KYC is pending.

4.4  You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Siwa77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security practices.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1  Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on the Siwa77 platform is RM30, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment channel or promotion.

5.2  Accepted Payment Methods. Siwa77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved Malaysian payment channels. The following table summarises the currently supported methods and indicative processing times:

5.3  Withdrawal Conditions. All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by Siwa77. Siwa77 reserves the right to request additional verification for any withdrawal request it deems necessary.

5.4  Anti-Money Laundering. Siwa77 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Any transaction that Siwa77 reasonably suspects to be connected with money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity will be flagged, withheld, and reported to the relevant authorities. Siwa77 may request evidence of the source of funds for any deposit or withdrawal.

5.5  Dormant Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. Siwa77 may levy an administrative maintenance fee of up to RM10 per month on dormant account balances. Players will be notified via their registered email prior to any such deductions commencing.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1  Siwa77 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and validity periods.

6.2  Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier for each promotion will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.

6.3  Welcome Bonus Eligibility. The Siwa77 welcome bonus is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit only. Players who have previously held an account with Siwa77, or who create a duplicate account for the purpose of claiming the welcome bonus, are not eligible.

6.4  Bonus Abuse. Siwa77 reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player has engaged in any of the following: (a) use of matched betting strategies to exploit bonus terms; (b) collusion with other players to generate artificial wagering volumes; (c) use of robotic, automated, or scripted play; (d) exploitation of any platform error or technical glitch; or (e) any other conduct that Siwa77 reasonably considers to constitute abuse of the promotions system.

6.5  Siwa77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already accepted by eligible players under the original terms, provided no abuse has been identified.

7 Gameplay Rules

7.1  All Games available on the Siwa77 platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game type. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

7.2  The outcomes of all Siwa77 casino games are determined by certified random number generator ("RNG") technology that has been independently audited for fairness and randomness. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by professional dealers, with outcomes determined by physical game mechanisms (cards, dice, roulette wheel) rather than software RNG.

7.3  Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, Siwa77 reserves the right to void any affected bets or rounds. In such circumstances, the relevant stake will be refunded to the Player's Account balance. Siwa77 shall not be liable for any loss of winnings or anticipated profits attributable to a technical malfunction beyond its reasonable control.

7.4  Sports Betting. All sports betting markets, including live in-play markets for Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other events, are settled in accordance with the official result reported by the relevant governing body or event organiser. In cases of discrepancy, Siwa77's decision on settlement shall be final and binding.

7.5  Siwa77 reserves the right to void any wager placed on a market where a clear pricing error has occurred, regardless of whether the wager has been accepted and confirmed.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Siwa77 platform. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person without their full knowledge and consent;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification;
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Employing automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any Game or sports market;
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or mathematical error in any Game to generate winnings that would not arise under normal operation;
• Colluding with other players in any Game, including poker, to gain an unfair advantage;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using virtual private networks (VPNs), proxies, or other IP-masking tools;
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of deposits through your payment provider after using the deposited funds on the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Siwa77 staff or other players via any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gambling

9.1  Siwa77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is intended to provide entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. Gambling should never be used as a means to resolve financial difficulties or as a source of income.

9.2  Siwa77 provides the following responsible gambling tools accessible directly from your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending;
• Session Time Limits: Configure reminders and automatic logout after a specified period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Request a temporary restriction on your Account for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Apply for a complete and irrevocable self-exclusion from the Platform for a minimum period of six (6) months.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

10.1  The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by Siwa77 is governed by the Siwa77 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and available at siwa77.asia/privacy-policy.

10.2  By creating an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gambling compliance, customer support, and marketing communications (where you have opted in to receive such communications).

10.3  Siwa77 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions and maintains industry-standard security practices to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse.

11 Intellectual Property

11.1  All content available on the Siwa77 platform, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, graphics, logos, text, game designs, and user interface elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of Siwa77 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without the express prior written consent of Siwa77.

12 Limitation of Liability

12.1  The Siwa77 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Siwa77 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12.2  Siwa77 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (c) losses arising from technical failures, platform downtime, or third-party service interruptions; or (d) any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

12.3  In no event shall Siwa77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4  Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by Siwa77's negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

13.1  Siwa77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent or unlawful purposes; (c) the Player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3; or (d) continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

13.2  Upon suspension or termination, any funds held in the Account that are not subject to dispute, bonus wagering requirements, or investigation will be returned to the Player via the payment method used for the last deposit, subject to applicable KYC requirements.

13.3  You may close your Account at any time by contacting Siwa77 customer support. Account closure does not prejudice any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the closure date.

14 Amendments to These Terms

14.1  Siwa77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, Siwa77 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Players via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

14.2  Your continued use of the Siwa77 Platform following the publication of any updated Terms shall constitute your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1  These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws in the jurisdiction under which Siwa77 is licensed to operate.

15.2  In the event of any dispute between you and Siwa77 relating to your Account, any Game, or any provision of this Agreement, you are encouraged to first contact Siwa77 customer support to seek an informal resolution. Siwa77 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

15.3  Siwa77's decision on the settlement of any Game outcome, bonus calculation, or account balance query shall be final and binding, except where it can be demonstrated that an error has occurred.
